Having served in both consulting and contracting organisations throughout his career, Mr. Tong brings a unique combination of engineering, project management, contract administration, and construction supervision experience. His background as a Resident Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Project Manager provides him with a comprehensive understanding of project delivery from planning and design through to construction and completion.
His project portfolio spans foundation works, piling, excavation and lateral support (ELS), site formation, roadworks, drainage works, healthcare facilities, residential developments, transportation infrastructure, and public works projects. Over the years, he has successfully managed and supervised numerous engineering projects across both the public and private sectors.
Since joining Lermond Engineering Limited in 2013, Mr. Tong has led the planning, coordination, and delivery of a wide range of residential, commercial, healthcare, transportation, and infrastructure projects.
