Isaac Kow is a Senior Engineer of Lermond Engineering Limited with over 13 years of experience in foundation engineering, geotechnical works, major infrastructure projects, and construction management across Hong Kong and Singapore. His project experience encompasses large diameter bored piles, mini-piles, pile caps, excavation and lateral support (ELS) systems, diaphragm walls, substructure works, and associated temporary works for both public and private sector developments.
Throughout his engineering career, Isaac has contributed to a variety of infrastructure, transportation, commercial, and foundation projects in Hong Kong and Singapore, working with leading organisations including Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited, Atkins China Limited, and Lermond Engineering Limited.
