The transformation of the Cheung Sha Wan Wholesale Food Market site into a thriving community of 3,500 families was a monumental undertaking. Kin On was entrusted with one of the most technically complex packages: the handling and installation of precast components and the complex formwork for Towers 4 to 6.

The scale was immense. Logistics involved a meticulous dance of crane operations to lift massive precast elements into place high above the city. Our work required flawless execution in iron formwork assembly and the use of integrated system formwork to ensure the structural integrity of the 39-story towers.

Beyond technical execution, we prioritized the well-being of the future residents and our team. We implemented stringent environmental and site hygiene protocols, turning our site into a benchmark for best practices.
