Kin On was subcontracted by Yau Lee Construction to provide comprehensive formwork construction and dismantling services (labor and materials) for five 17-story junior staff quarters utilizing Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) methods. This innovative project involved precision formwork solutions for the foundation and core structural elements supporting the prefabricated modules. Our team successfully adapted traditional formwork techniques to complement the modern MiC methodology, ensuring seamless integration between cast-in-place and prefabricated components while maintaining the Architectural Services Department's stringent quality and safety standards, earning the "Best Safety Performance Subcontractor" award for outstanding achievement in workplace safety.
